I don’t want to get an entire package, can I just have you film my ceremony?
Because we strive to produce a video that documents the emotions, feelings, and mood of your wedding day, we feel that capturing only the ceremony does not allow us to fully tell the story of your day.
My aunt is singing a special in the ceremony, can I get the audio from that included in my video?
We can capture the audio from the ceremony, however the microphones that we use will pick up every sound (babies crying, people sneezing, rustling programs, etc). Depending on how much original audio you want captured, there may be an additional charge because we may need to use a third camera to capture the audio.
The package I have chosen includes 10 hours of coverage, how do I know if this is enough time?
Our coverage begins when we arrive at your first location and ends when we leave at the end of the night. Give us the details of your wedding day and we can help to decide the package that best fits your needs.
Your prices seem expensive, is it worth the money?

How long will my final video be?
A typical Bride's Favorite Package is usually 30-45 minutes in length.
How intrusive are you while capturing the ceremony?
Our job is to capture your day as it unfolds. Therefore we strive to be transparent. We want to keep the focus where it belongs: on the bride and the groom. We have had many guests that tell the bride and groom that they never saw us during the wedding day.
Can you include my entire ceremony in my final video?
We specialize in non-linear wedding videos. We do not include the entire ceremony in our normal videos; however, you can purchase the Full Ceremony add-on if you’d like. With this add-on, we set up a third unmanned camera in the back of the church to capture your entire ceremony. (Because this camera is unmanned, there will be no pans, zooms, or movement. It will be an uncut linear video of your ceremony). This ceremony footage will be included at the end of your DVD as a separate chapter – not in the ceremony portion of the video. The house audio will be recorded with this feature, so all house noises will be picked up (people talking, sneezing, babies crying etc.). We cannot guarantee the clarity of the audio in this portion of your video.
Do you choose the music or do we get to pick?
The simple answer is, "It is up to you". If you would like us to pick the music that is not a problem. We will get to know what you like and choose songs that fit with your style and personality. If you would like to choose a couple of songs and have us pick the rest, that will work as well. Or you can make a list and we will choose from your selections.
